Pathetic service

Please dont bother upgrading your contract with MTN. I have been waiting for my phone since the 18th on December. have spoken to 3 different call agents that all said they would come back to me, even a supervisor from the call center said they would call me back. up till today no one has bothered. Pathetic service considering they would call me everyday asking me to upgrade. then when i do they cant be bothered.
