Pathetic Service!!!

MTN keeps suspending my account after I paid, they keep saying the payment is not showing on their system. I keep sending proof of payment but I get no assistance. Every week they suspend my account and then I have to call them and have the same argument. Their service has been pathetic!!! his issue needs to be resolved!
