PATHETIC SERVICE

I called in to follow up on the cancelation of my contract i have called the call center only to have the called picked up and placed on hold for 15 minutes, eventually the call was answered, the agent is screaming and talking to someone yet i as a customer is on the line waiting to be assisted, she was absolutely rude and cut the call, called in again to speak to a manager only to be put on hold and then for my call to be dropped again.
