Pathetic service

We have been trying to cancel a business contract. What Fun!!!!! For the last 5 months we have been sent on the run around. We have had to visit the store on the weekly basis and sent constant communication that is just ignored. Now 5 months later i am being requested to do the full process as nothing was ever done? Jerry at the stone ridge store did not even send the cancellation letter? How hard could this really be ??
