Pathetic service

MTN employees and so called service champions do not care about their customers. I have been reporting an issue of not being able to make or receive calls on my number ***. Eventually a call was logged with ref: REQ *** and to this day the issue has not been resolved. Contacted customer care and a guy by the name of Sivuyile told me that there is no response and he will need to re-escalate with a condescending voice and when Inasked to speak to a supervisor he put me on a longest hold and when he ce back to me he transferred me to a line that went to voicemail. I called again amd spoke to Valentine Mosia who promised to help and took my email address but also cannot advise on how long will it take I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she just put the phone aside telling me that she texted the supervisor and waiting for them respond.
