Pathetic Service

Most *********** MVNO in South Africa.

Signed up for one of their Black Friday specials on Saturday 28/11/2020 which included porting my number from a competitor.

To this date (01/11/2020) I have visited theirs stores (Balfour Park & Sandton City) 4 time enquiring what is going on with my contract.

Once again today I have been to their store twice, and each time I get told a different story???

The problem seems to be that their staff do not fully understand how to use their own systems. Each visit to their store yields different excuses! Is this what customer service means to them? I should have rather not taken out the contract at this rate.

Highly annoyed!
