Pathetic service

On Wednesday I was hijacked and my phone was ******, same day I ran to the Closest MTN which is a kiosk in Kenako Mall PE 19 August 2026 before 15h00 and the lady told me they can't assist because they having a stocktake. The guy working with a lady told her to say they're offline.

The same lady told me to come back the next day around 2PM and I did just that. When I got there they told me they are unable to assist me with sim swap because they are offline. What service is that? I am disgusted at this point, they're very unprofessional and not interested in being the face of MTN.

Kindly assist as I am frustrated because I didn't want to make a scene because I am capable of doing that.
