Pathetic service

Contract fell behind when I was unable to pay account after my employment was terminated. I then after a few months contacted MTN to cancel or make arrangements to pay my account but was told by the consultant in the store that they could not assist as my account was handed over to legal and that I had to contact them for further assistance. When I made contact with the legal department I was told that I could not cancel the contract because I had an outstanding balance. I then wanted to make arrangements to pay this account however was told that I could only cancel this contract once all outstanding was paid and that my account was handed over to the attorneys. I was also unable to use account as it was suspended. I have since made several payments for more than a year now but when I request an outstanding balance or a statement no one can assist. I want to settle this account but no one at MTN or at the attorneys can assist. PATHETIC
