Pathetic service

I've been for many years a loyal customer for mtn. Now that I want to cancel my contract nobody can assist. I ve been trying since November 2021, Send numerous emails and went to Mtn Loch Logan waterfront, which can not be less described as pathetic of all branches. How can it be so impossible to cancel a contract? I will refer no friend, familie or clients to Mtn. Mtn branch just refer you to 135, waiting for ever to get a answer and send you from Pilar to post. Pls phone me if you consider any business with them.
