Pathetic service

<p>As a new customer, it has being the worst week ever with MTN, to get a simple contract approved that says up 24 hours turnaround is absolute BS, you take 4 days, there after to have it ported from cell c that says up to 24 hours is complete BS. I then recieve my phone finally, only to be told sim activation takes up to 24 hours is complete BS. Now my rica is bard!! I have never felt so frustrated and experienced such a high level of displeasure in my life.
