Pathetic Service
<p> ********** 9 This is 1 of my 20 plus reference no. I was at Autopage which MTN took over. In 1 years my Cat phone broke 3 times. They replaced it and 2 months later the same problem. I cancelled my insurance Nov 2015. They still deduct the money each month. Due to this I submitted a claim as the handset is still insured. Each month I pay R20 or more on my account. I have sent proof of payment to MTN atleast 20 times. Still they cut my services. I have requested statements since March 2016, never recieve one. I have now decided that I will take them to small claims court. They don't reply to emails and if you call , which I have proof od 55 minutes and 46 minute calls they just don't answer. After 16 years at Autopage no problems 1 year at MTN and nothing. You can not say they are pethetic because that does not give a full discription.</p>

This is not only insurance problems , my account payments made and proof of payment was given to you yet my account is not brought up to date. I have made endless calls costing me atleast R400.00 and my line that has been disconnected 3 times already due to the fact that adjustments are not made on my account....... I am still awaiting the call from MTN
