Pathetic Service
<p>My wife requested a contract under her name with MTN on Saturday 19/11/16 at the meadow dale mall branch, we were told that the phone would available for deliver latest Wednesday .. I called everyday asking if they have stock .. They said that they have ordered the phone but awaiting MTN head office. . </p> <p> </p> <p>To wait for a phone for 5 days .. and going onto six tomorrow is pathetic I mean what is the delay. Your service is absolutely pathetic. . I mean I was told I can go to MTN oak ridge and pick the 0hone up .. I go there and I was told they cannot release the phone because they number is not activated. I mean this is bull**** .. I mean how are you going to compensate me for my petrol ..
