Pathetic service

<p>We were unfortunately to have 2 claims in a short space of time. The service on the 1st claim was bad but the 2nd is even worse. No answer when you call for follow ups and you do get through after an hour, you get told you claim will be escalated. Posting on Facebook also didn't help</p> <p> Terrible.</p>
