Pathetic Service
<p>i am in need of a latest paid up letter and i have been phoning no ********** and they take FOREVER to answer their phones all you hear is stupid music and then when they finally answer they put me through to the wrong department she doesnt even know what a paid up account letter is and then the she puts down the phone!!!! i am irate useless service!!! </p>
I am now fuming my account was handed over to vvm debt collectors that's who I was making payments to when I finished they had said that they no longer have the account as it is paid in full I must contact mtn directly for a paid up letter mtn sent me the letter so u cannot understand where there is a balance outstanding how the hell can you get a damn paid up letter July 2015 and then today get told there is still outstanding. I mean another thing is when I spoke to mtn Last year they already gave my number to someone else and I was still paying!!! I want answers now on what the hell is going I am so sick of mtn and running after them!!!!! I am furious and I want this taken further!!!!!

I am not trying to contact anyone I have sent 2 emails to Felicity and I want the answers I am not going to phone mtn numbers where no one helps u or answers the phone or puts down on ! I want the legal department to contact me to sort this out
