Pathetic Service
<p>I sent an insurance claim through to mtn insurance more than a week ago and still have not received any response. I tried calling there call centre but keeping getting disconnected. I am so frustrated as no agent has tried contacting me and they are telling me after i sent them a email it will take up to 5 days to respond, really now! I am so frustrated with Mtn and the service I receieved after being a customer for more than 6 years.</p>
