Pathetic Service

<p>Everytime MTN phones my father (the account holder) and everytime he has to explain the situation over and over again. We have been struggling a month to get our query resolved, but still everytime someone from MTN phones and he has to explain the situation again and then they say they are going into the matter but never gets back to us to resolve it.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really pathetic and are frustrating.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can they just get people that actually go into the matter and that gets back to us the same or next day as we are tired of waiting and hoping that someone will actually do the effort to assist and help us resolve the matter.</p>
