pathetic service

<p>I have been trying to get hold of MTN insurance department for 2 months. You phone the insurance line you will hold until forever.They debit my account for an old phone that's insure with them when I took the phone in they can't fix cause it's not under contract. I try to cancel it and can't get hold of anyone. The call centre ignores my complaints. All they can say is "mam I will put you through" and guess what....when they put me through it says the number you've dialed does not exist......this means even the *********** call centre agents don't know their internal numbers they cant get anyone to call back no one can help me All I want is to cancel my insurance and they make it a living hell to do so...</p>
