PATHETIC SERVICE
<p>Why do I have to pay R330 to get my Own phone back from MTN. is it not enough having to pay an expensive contract. MTN gives the worst service ever advertising contracts with a 24 Month warranty but refuse to fix my phone and the phone is only 1 and a half years old. Call center agents rude( Mahle and Phaphamang Nene as well as Farida Suamado). All of these consultants keep telling me about how they going to escalate my query but nothing gets done about it. The phone has been booked in for over 2 weeks and im paying for a cellphone which I dont have anymore. Its frustrating on how much money we pay MTN and they provide us with the most pathetic service. My phone still have 8 months left and they said my warranty has been void because the phone bent, first of all I dont even know how a phone can bend and they insisting I bent it and they also insisting they can see the phone has been dropped when ive always had a cover on it. </p>

Kindly note that if the quotation given to you is rejected there is a R330.00 Incl. Vat rejection fee charged.
These charges are applicable when the Customer has instructed MTN to assess the Device, which by necessity requires certain services to be performed by MTN for the purposes of assessing the fault/damage in order to validate warranty or provide you with a quotation for the costs of repairs to the device.
The device/s will only be returned, provided that you have made payment in full of all applicable charges and service fees due to MTN
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
