Pathetic service
<p>I settled my account with MTN last year nov 2015, i never recieved a paid up letter , 3 weeks back i receive a call form some attorneys (Shapiro) saying my account has been handed over , i then called legal department ( ********** 00) the phone rang for 45minutes finally a consultant answered , he was so *********** i wasted my airtime , i went to the branch and they also couldnt assist me , what irritates most is that i have always been a loyal customer and now MTN is messing up my credit profile by handing me over for what i have payed already , i need this matter sorted ASAP</p>

Its been a month and still MTN has done nothing to assist with my matter , yet im still getting calls from their attorneys ,all i need is a paid up letter , i wont be doing any business with MTN ever again ,lesson learnt

I gues this kinds of issues dont matter to MTN , once they are no longer debiting you ,you are nothing to them , my credit profile is affaected by this , but who cares right #MTNuselessNETWORK
