Pathetic service

what a disgrace , MTN still sending sms's requesting payment for a contract that was suppose to be cancelled in October 2022. I have been sending emails with no response , no call to assist. I event went into a branch and was told they cant assist as I need to settle the account . Settle an account that was suppose to be cancelled. Can someone please assist as this is affecting my credit report/score . Its difficult enough to obtain credit now we need to be listed because incompetency. Pathetic to say the least . Someone did not do their job now I have to suffer the consequences . Come on MTN
