Recently 2 of my mobile phones (which is contracted with MTN ) was ****** from my home. I called their Customer Care and they blocked the sim card but made no mention of blacklisting the mobile phones. My insurance asked that I call MTN and request that the phones get blocked. I called MTN 3 more times after that and the agent said she cant help me with the phone information and they do not store the IMEI numbers on the system neither do they use an EIR system. I then went to N1 City MTN , the Representative stuck his head out of the door, I asked why he is not letting us in, he said he first wants to know if he can help. He basically chased us away like dogs and said we must go to Canal Walk. We then went to Canal Walk and this girl gives us an email address to lodge our complaint , but even this email bounced back and still no resolution from MTN.
