Pathetic service

Service is pathetic I ordered a laptop 3 weeks ago I was told because ei specifically asked if there's is stock of the laptop I was told yes. A week later when I'm following I received an sms saying there's no stock. To date no one has followed up with me or even kept me in the loop as to what is happening regardless of all the follow up I have done. I call in and hold for hours. I keep get to g asked how the contract was taken up and no help at all
