Pathetic Service

Pathetic Service I have been receiving from MTN. So @MTN none of your consultants is able to give me a mere itemized billing report? I have been to your branch offices more than 3 times, sent emails on Customer service, sent smses to 30988, sent Facebook messenger messages and still I haven't received the documents. Is someone ever going to be able to send me the document?
