Pathetic Service

Called MTNs call centre today, think they all having a party. Calls are answered and clients must just wait and listen to their agents having a party in the back. after speaking to numerous agents, i finally get to someone that can assist, and then he cuts the call after i ask for his name. Pathetic experience, complete lack of service, cancelling immediately.
