Pathetic service!

Service champions is a ridiculous understatement! I follow up on their mistakes and that with no response, even on mail. Absolutely pathetic! Payment wasn't noted on my account (even after forwarding proof thereof) and they have double debited me. An apparent technological leader now forces me to inconveniently go to a store to get what is rightfully mine.
