Pathetic Service

My wife has contacted MTN 2 week Ago to get a new contract on a laptop. She was promised that they are able to deliver the device during the Lock down period. after numerous attempts after the initial call MTN has still not delivered on this, Phoning them is a futile process being transferred from one person to another and just being told they will phone back, but never do. The service they are providing is absolutely pathetic. I will in future never give my business or recommend any other person to use MTN I will also be making this public on all media platforms. I fully Understand that we were in a lock down but then tell me you will not be able to deliver, but instead you make empty promises.
