Pathetic service

I made an eft payment towards my mtn account (BA***) on the 20th of Feb, till today my wifi is disconnected and ive been sent from pillar to pillar by your consultants with incorrect information and false promises. Ive emailed the proof of payments to Yolokazi mpofane, Mpho Mashigo & Thabang and yet it's still not resolved. This is the worst service i've had to endure for something as simple. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE
