Pathetic Service

My mum signed a contract for an S5 Mini more than 2 weeks ago and still we are waiting for the store to get stock. Sam who is the store supervisor refused to return calls made by myself and has is not interested in the clients at all.<br> <br> I will definitely not be giving Westwood any business and i have asked Sam to withdraw all documents submitted as i will visit another Mtn Branch to do my contract.<br> <br> This store is a franchise store and is terrible . You cannot sign a contract and then have to wait for a unit for more than 2 weeks in addition i get no call telling me that there is a delay etc.
