Pathetic service!

MTN service sucks!! I've been with MTN for almost 9yrs now. I've been trying to upgrade my contract at 3different stores but I get the same response from all, NO STOCK, try upgrading online! I upgraded and received a contract over a week ago and the mail says someone will be in contact for delivery. Its now going in for 2weeks, still no call from anyone. I've been waiting and still waiting for someone to answer their phones and its already been 45mins. This is pathetic service!

I feel like just cancelling with MTN and using a different service provider!
