Pathetic Service

I have been trying to get a billing issue sorted with Mtn since Nov'23. Upgraded to a new contract in Oct but are charged double the contract amount. Store visits are useless and emails to the customer care only promises the issue is addressed yet my account gets debited with a higher amount every month, their complaints department don't even respond to emails.
