Pathetic Service

Service pathetic.I have tried to cancel a SIM card that I haven’t even used yet since 31 March. I can’t get through on the phone , the stores can’t cancel it and nobody seems to be manning their emails. I haven’t even been a proper customer yet and they already have give ****py service. I am so disturbed that nobody in such a big company wants to take responsibility or even answer the phone. It took them the same day to call me and sign me up yet it is so difficult to cancel. I will never recommend mtn to anyone !
