pathetic service

I am so disappointed in Mtn. Right now I am in a position where I do not know who to call anymore I have tried calling all the number that I have. My phone went in for repairs 5 weeks ago. I was given a number to call and do a follow up after 7 days i did that. The ladies at the repair center are very rude and they tell me different stories everytime I call they tell me 10 different stories and not willing to help me. Apparently I can't go through to warehouse as I was told that my phone was sent to warehouse and not repair center
