Pathetic Service

So I'm trying to sign up for a contract with MTN Direct with some guy named Jeremy and this is how my experience was: 1.HE WAS RUDE. 2. Doesn't listen...kept interrupting me 3.Tried to trick me into a product i didn't want by convincing me that i had made a different choice to what he was looking at. When asked for a different agent he HUNG UP on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL AND LACKS KNOWLEDGE OF PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this is the kind of person on your NEW business division then I guess we get insight into how much you value customers!
