Pathetic service

Your service is really pathetic

I've been calling your call center and your agents keep on dropping my calls for more than 5days now. What do I have to do to get assistance? I don't even wanna talk about your useless social media team that keeps on telling me they working on resolving my issue but still nothing. Clearly you guys don't take us serious as your customers.
