Pathetic service!!
Zero rating would be more appropriate. Paid my account but my sim has been deactivated for 25 days now. Obviously no response from call center and also nothing happening after multiple emails sent.
Pathetic service and will never use MTN again!!!

25 Jun 2020, 09:49I have sent multiple emails!!! If you actually check it you would know. I have sent proof of payment AND answered all security questions AND even went into the shop. Please dont blame me for your pathetic service!!!!
