Pathetic service

On tuesday the 4th of october we were contacted by mondo advising that we could do an upgrade on our mtn contract, we opted for the lenovo gaming laptop and we were informed that we would recieve the laptop within 10 working days, up and untill this morning we had not heard anything from mtn, mondo or the courier service, so we decided to phone mondo, after waiting for 16minutes for one of the agents to answer we were informed that the laptop would only arrive by next week, now i'm very sorry, but how do you tell a customer that it would take 10 days and then not even contact the customer to inform them that it would be more like 20 day's , if i do not recieve the laptop by next week, i will cancel my contract
