Pathetic Service!!
SUCH bad service!!! I have 2 contacts with MTN, one which i had to return the phone due to the phone not working. Its been over a month and no one bothers to contact me after all my queries that i have made. EVERYTIME i am on the phone with someone at MTN i get cut off and have to start all over again, not once does that person have the decency to call me back !!! Im being billed for the phone i do not even have because the departments do not communicate with one another!! this is so pathetic.
