Pathetic service!

In July 2023 upgraded from 20GB+20GB to 70GB Ruby Month to Month. I got my 70GB in August. On 1 September I got 20GB, on 4 September 2023 the stop order for R299 ran, no 70GB in September. On 1 October I again got only 20GB, on 4 October the stop order for R299 ran, no 70GB this month so far. I made many calls to 135, wasted my fuel to visit the branch several times, many tickets created and closed, without resolution!!! In September I had to top up R449 to have sufficient data! I sent emails to ***, no response! Pathetic non-existent service! Then they have the gall to run a customer satisfaction survey after they close unresolved tickets!!! It seems I have no other recourse but to escalate to ICASA!
