YOU GUYS ARE USELESS! I am trying to get to customer care, keep getting stuck on a ****** menu I cant bypass, and which keeps dropping the call whenever I try to bypass with 0. Worst of all I cannot change the menu language from whatever it is stuck on to english because I cannot understand the ****** LANGUAGE!
I am stuck with a problem, your useless robotic voice is not helping and I want a HUMAN TO HELP!!!
