Pathetic service

Nimita Reddy a sales consultant from man in th upgrades upgraded my contract last year to be paid commission at my cost even though I request that she must cancel the upgrade and keep my number on a month to month. I descovered last month when I was trying to do an upgrade that I actually have an upgraded phone that I pay for and I've never received that phone. I am not happy at all because sheep didn't even apologies for what she did. She told me she logged a case for a refund since today I don't know what's going on,when that money will be paid back,how much it is...... I have 2 lines with MTN and I don't want them anymore because of this pathetic service I've received from Nimita Reddy. I called today to find out how much I'm going to pay this month and I find out that my other number that was upgraded is actually terminated,who authorised that? So MTN you might as well cancel everything I have with you. This service was so bad and that agent does as she please.
