pathetic service

This is now my third report about the pathetic service from MTN after i made a report on hellopeter i was contacted by the area manager of Sasolburg area he informed me that i must take my phone to sasolburg and they will send my phone to mtn and then after a week i can choose a new phone because im working i have asked my wife to take my phone in to sasolburg branch after she stood in the shop for an hour she was helped and then a guy said they dont know anything about a phone that must be send back now this is my final report i will write about mtn they will fetch my phone from my house and i give them a week to cancel my contract with them so that i can go to a new service provider who are willing to give me the service im expecting i dont want to hear any further pathetic excuses i want my contract cancelled im without a phone for over a month now i had to borrow a phone just to be able to get and make phone calls enough is enough now
