Pathetic Service
I have received shocking service from this branch. Firstly I sent a phone in for quotation/repairs on the 18.10.2015 and have still not received any feedback to date. I also upgraded my sons contract to an MTN R350 top up and they credited his account with R2800.00?? I reported it to Precious on the 19.10.2015 who promised to get back to me on the same day, and never did. I was then overseas for 2 weeks, got back and called again today spoke to Luke. Says I must come in and Precious no longer works there. Why must the customer always be inconvenienced. My average bill with MTN a month is R5000.00 , I also logged this on MTN website on the 20.10.2015 @ 13.50 ref no: ***, they have also not bothered responding. Think its time I let CellC buy over the contract !!! Pathetic
