Pathetic service
How does MTN operate? I app**** to add a prepaid number to my existing contract account on 25 November 2017 at a Stanger Branch after my application was filled at Gateway branch on 24 November. Since at Gateway I was told it would take about 5 days to process I decided to move my application to Stanger Branch. The Stanger consultant refused to take the application form I had filled at Gateway and said they never used such for applications. For weeks I have been going to the branch for the outcome of my application and was always told it was being processed MTN was busy with Black Friday deals. To my surprise when I went there to check on the progress on 18 December 2017 I was given a Prospect Detail Report reflecting my application has been declined. Doesn't your company inform clients about the outcome of applications without them pestering consultants now and then? I would like to be certain that I have been declined for correct reasons. I am very concerned about the following details appearing on the report (that had been signed on my behalf) which I believe were used for deciding on my application: 1. That I am self employed for 10 years yet I am serving the KZN Department of Education from 1992. 2. That I am earning a gross income of R8200 .... unless I have no correct understanding of GROSS INCOME.... the last time I checked I was earning more than 6 times that. 3. That my highest qualification is Standard 10.... wonder when the SAQA s****ped my qualifications accumulated over the years. Do the above have an influence on the outcome of the application? Am really disappointed.
