Pathetic service

On 12 Aug. we visited the MTN shop in Kroonstad to upgrade a cellphone and take out a contract for a tablet. We were told deliveries of the devices get done weekly, since they do not have stock. During the next week my husband called and was told that they only received 1 phone since the courier only delivers 1 at a time (!). The week after that he called and was told the devices were there. When he got to the shop, he was told it was not ours, but somebody elses. Today I called again and first the lady told me that we already received the phone and then that we don't have an order. When I told her my husband signed for the contract, she said she will call me back. My husband went to the shop and when he entered she did not even greet him, just said he can cancel the contract. That is the last time that we will attempt to do business with this shop.
