pathetic service

I am highly ****ed off ! by the service provided at the MTN store at the Randburg Square . for the past week I've been going there between 10am and 11am and the store is closed. When asked why the store is closed I was told that they are busy with stock taking. Never have I received such pathetic service from a MTN store. going forward I will be cancelling all contracts with MTN and moving to another cellphone network. Customers are being turned away at the door!!!!!
