Pathetic Service

My number has been de activated today and can't receive or make calls, I phoned MTN customer care for assistance and I was told my number is a business number and they are unable to assist. Nosibusiso Maphalala who couldn't assist me and even refused for me to speak to her team leader at 6:30 .Same department same rule, Should any loss be incurred due to this network thing being inactive ..I swear MTN will pay for it. No service and lack of sympathy for your customers. The worst thing is I don't have control over the whole thing.
