Pathetic Service

<p>i recently called into the call centre to purchase a once off 1gig of data. I then received a sms saying. Y'ello! You've purchased a once-off 20GB Internet. When i called in back to the call centre they advised that it was an error. Why would MTN send me an sms saying that i have purchased a once-off 20gb of data. I am not paying for 20gb of data when i initially requested a once of 1gb of data.Please fix this problem as i find the service to be pathetic</p>
