Pathetic Service
<p>It has been more than a week of trying to opt out of the mtn zone messages but to no avail. Numerous calls to the call centre and still I receive these annoying zone messages every few seconds. I even received a reference number for my calls and still they are not able to stop these messages. I have been a customer for the past 21 years and to receive this type of service proves that mtn does not value their customers. The call centre can be heard having a party when you call there at any time of the day or night.</p>
Thank you for your response......... Had your consultants been trained on all aspects of your products and services, it would have not come to this. Your marketing department also does not possess the customer care and information to resolve such issues. Nevertheless, my issue is now resolved so thank you.
