Pathetic service

<p>Im tired of this Mtn service </p> <p>They seem not to know what they are doing from the Managers to the consultants.</p> <p>Every month i need to call in about 5 Times for the same querry.</p> <p>I've been requesting for a recuring one Gig bundle to be removed from my account its over 3 months calling in for the same querry.</p> <p>Been told yes it has been removed then come the new month it is loaded again when i call im taken from pillar to post.</p> <p>While on that note last month i also requested for my insurance to be cancelled i was given assurity that it has been to my surprise it is still there on my invoice.i never used to call Mtn this much but now every single month im on the phone with them.</p> <p>Today i spoke to 2 consultants and a manager</p> <p>One of the consultant said for sure it is cancelled and will send confirmation</p> <p>Till now data still there and no confirmation was sent.i need to call again.</p> <p>This platform hopefully i will be helped</p> <p>What i want them to do revoke this data cancel my insurance and credit the 160.00 for data cause this time i wont pay for it.the past months they got away with it.not this time</p>
