PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I have been with mtn for 6 years , i called in november to cancel my contract with a ref ********** 9431 and they promised that the last debit will on the 1st of December and in january to my suprise they debited my account ( i reversed it ) and when i called they promised to get back to me within 48hrs and its been two months now and to my shock they debited in February again even though my contract has been cancelled and i havent got any benefits since November but my account is continously been debited </p>
